Dining With Pacific Club
The Dining Room at the Clubhouse is a refined, private setting where members host bespoke dinners with friends, family, or colleagues. Menus are crafted by private chefs and tailored to the occasion, from celebratory feasts to discreet business suppers.
Gourmand Select is Pacific Club’s series of off-site dining experiences in partnership with leading restaurateurs across Singapore, where we take care of the details, from menu design to seating, so guests can simply arrive and enjoy.
These events often feature chefs or owners personally introducing dishes and sharing the stories behind them, turning each course into part of a narrative.
Belly Good Time sees Pacific Club running themed dining events that showcase variety and character, such as oyster spreads or rustic, Texan-style barbecue nights. These gatherings offer serious food without formality, encouraging members to relax, mingle, and discover new flavours together.
Many events are paired with curated whisky or wine selections from the club’s extensive collection, adding depth and discovery to each course. The overall feeling is closer to an invitation to a friend’s private gathering than a standard restaurant booking.
PACIFIC INVESTMENT CLUB
Members who participate in our Investment Club have access to investments curated and managed by our licensed partners & co-invested with us, so we are with you every step of the way.
Members are shown* opportunities in alternative assets, hedge funds, direct investments such as private debt and pre-IPO deals.

PACIFIC CLUB WHISKY PORTFOLIO
Only Pacific Club members have access to all our portfolio of 400 different labels and formats of Scotch whisky. Our portfolio focuses on independent bottlers' collections, fine and rare bottles, single casks & bottles of single casks, and also feature our own bottlings and special selections.
Our members also have access to our Scotland Concierge should you like to use our relationships in Scotland to enhance your private trips there.
Tastings & Pairings - Pacific Club’s strong whisky focus brings an additional dimension to its dining experiences through guided tastings and pairing dinners. Members can explore dozens of Scotch whiskies at the Tasting Bar, then incorporate favourite bottles into private dinners or special themed nights. These whisky-led evenings are hosted in an accessible, story-driven style that deepens appreciation without intimidation. The combination of rare drams, thoughtful food, and relaxed conversation is a hallmark of Pacific Club’s unique approach to dining.
PACIFIC CASK CLUB
We share our access to Scottish casks with our Cask Club members so they can have access to whisky investments invested and managed by our licensed partner fund & co-invested with us, so we all are with you every step of the way.
We are proud to have the boutique Inchdairnie Distillery introduce our starter kit Cask ownership scheme, for those who really want to start in smaller steps. For less than $1000, you can be a shareholder in the 2019 Rioja casks we hold. A nice start to your own cask journey.
Members in the past have been shown some very good Islay casks to co-invest with a simple one stop office to manage all matters and with a sense of comfort and security in this class of assets
