A special collection – Exceptional Single Cask – range, the Midnight Series is named in honour of the darkest time of night.

Instantly recognisable via their black labels and addition of a “Midnight” illustrated stamp, these unique Single Cask bottlings are exceptionally dark in colour and rich in flavour, owing to their Sherry cask heritage.

Nose: Vanilla sponge and toasted oak lead the way, with delicate notes of sweet spice in tow.

Palate: Summer fruits and dark chocolate are joined by fruit loaf and candied oranges, with a touch of polished oak nestling in the depths.

Finish: Dark, sweet noted of fruit cake and baking spice, cherry chocolate, coffee, and marmalade.
