A special collection – Exceptional Single Cask – range, the Midnight Series is named in honour of the darkest time of night.

Instantly recognisable via their black labels and addition of a “Midnight” illustrated stamp, these unique Single Cask bottlings are exceptionally dark in colour and rich in flavour, owing to their Sherry cask heritage.

Aromas of chocolate-covered-waffles, butterscotch and raisin on the nose, complemented by white pepper and baking spice on the palate.
