Instantly recognisable via their black labels and addition of a “Midnight” illustrated stamp, these unique Single Cask bottlings are exceptionally dark in colour and rich in flavour, owing to their Sherry cask heritage.

Nose: Tropical fruit, vanilla, golden syrup, and green apple.

Palate: Pineapple chunks, brown sugar, more ripe apple notes, and a hint of cinnamon.

Finish: Mellow and fruity.
