Gourmand Selects are one of the main Pacific Club's draws. Our club works with great restauranteurs around Singapore to introduce our members to the restaurants in a curated and personal way.  Our role is to pair a sense of discovery, create an attractive value, heighten members’ palate, with some good company all round.  And our hosts are always with our members for their comfort and service.

We carefully pick through a small select set of restaurants, work with the owners and chefs to showcase the best of what the restaurant can do to amaze their diners.  The menu range & items are usually what members cannot get in one sitting on their own.  We also design the seating arrangements to maximize the interactive dynamics at the table.  From time to time, the chefs and owners may pop their heads in to provide a sense of their visions of their food and restaurants.  All this coupled with our private shelf whiskies, or some other beautiful libations, our members look forward for the treat and we are usually booked out quickly.  

Whisky Pairings | Burnt Ends

A perennial favourite of our Platinum members, we had held our amazing member dinners with Burnt Ends since 2024, and everyone of them have been a night to remember! Starting with a beautiful private space, we curate the Best of Burnt Ends with a 9 course menu accompanied by our own spectacular whiskies like a Tullibardine 28Y, pours of Glenfarclas 25Y & even a Port Ellen 36Y. We can also assist in booking this for member's own dinner parties.

Meet Mags Evening | Mag's Wine Kitchen

Meet Mags is an Pacific Club Singapore exclusive.

Magdalene Tang had been a knight in the Singapore foodie scene since the 1990s, that tells a tale of a blue-blooded Singaporean story of grit & passion. We get to eat across Mag's 30 years of good times in 1 night, right in her happy place, at the Mag’s Wine Kitchen in Keong Siak Road. I wasn't right on August 9th, nor is Mags exactly 60, but it’s a true SG60 evening, bar none.

The dinner was accompanied by a range of beautiful wines from Mag's own cellars. Who says we only do whiskies?

A whisky tasting | CAPITOL KEMPINSKI

Sometimes members would wonder where our eating started and the whiskies ended. In a beautiful room in Capitol Kempinski, we tested this thought with 5 superb whiskies and a range of light bites to keep those tastebuds fluttering in delight.

Bosco led a proper tasting and our members come back for more. With a range of over 500 different expressions, there will not be any same tasting, ever.
