Hi, I’m Bosco, and I love whisky. To me, the creation of Scotch whisky is a form of art. It offers many variations like the use of cognac, double oak or even wine casks to create its own unique flavour, further shaped by the distinct regions of the world they come from. The final product of all these elements is the perfect whisky to match any mood or emotion! Here at Pacific Club, we have the largest independent bottling service in Singapore, as such, I have access to a large array of whiskies that I use to create pairings with food. Like matching smokey local Bakkwa to a Scottish Hepburn’s Choice Talisker 9, I go through a rigorous, yet well-thought process of finding appropriate foods that compliment the notes of our whiskies. The creation of whisky is dynamic and always changing as the years go on, I’m just trying to keep up!

Hi there, my name is Yvonne, the General Manager here at Pacific Club. Though I'm not much of a whisky enthusiast myself, I’ve made it a priority for Pacific Club to be more than just a destination for whisky lovers. I want it to be a place for intimate gatherings, whether that is sharing a glass of wine with a close friend or hosting a larger group with a selection of private chefs. Something that makes me especially proud of my team is their ability to put members first and find joy in shared success. This spirit carries through to Pacific Club, where everything we do is centered around creating a meaningful experience for our members. Regular dialogue with our members and partners across a range of industries is key to ensuring that Pacific Club consistently delivers at the highest standard—staying ahead of trends, responding to evolving expectations, and creating lasting value for our community.

Hello, my name is Simon, the founder of Pacific Club. When I first created Pacific Club, I wanted to create a convivial environment where like-minded people can convene over a shared passion—not only for whisky but also art, fashion, and basically, the finer things in life. As a small and collaborative team, we are always looking to curate Pacific Club specifically for our community of members. From intimate whisky tasting sessions run here at the club by Bosco to our very successful dinner pairings run at locations such as Burnt Ends, our goal is to create meaningful and memorable experiences that bring people together. I am very grateful to have been told that Pacific Club can be described as special, unique and one-of-a-kind. I am just thankful that my vision is shared with so many.

Having spent over a decade immersed in the world of spirits—including time with The Macallan. I’ve developed a deep appreciation for craft, conversation, and curating moments that matter. I believe that love for the finer things is rivalled only by belief in balance: whisky in one hand, a tennis racquet in the other.

Hi, I’m Sam, currently leading Clubhouse Operations at Pacific Club Singapore.
My journey in hospitality began humbly—on the floor as a waitress, learning from seasoned professionals in the world of fine dining. That foundation quickly led me behind the bar, where I discovered a deep passion for the craft. Over time, what began as service evolved into a genuine pursuit of storytelling through spirits especially in the realms of Whisky, Wine, Armagnac, and Cognac.
To me, every bottle is more than just a drink. It’s a narrative of culture, history, and emotion. Great hospitality isn’t only about flawless service; it’s about creating meaningful connections and bringing each guest into the story behind the glass.

Hi, I’m Alder, Pronounced as “Elder” but with an A! Pretty sure I’m the youngest Alder you’ll ever meet at Pacific Club.
I enjoy whisky as much as I enjoy learning about it. Pacific Club is a lifestyle members club that specializes in premium whisky experiences. As part of the frontline operations team, I have the opportunity to engage with our members daily learning about their whisky preferences, sharing insights, and making meaningful connections.
My passion for whisky goes beyond the glass. I genuinely enjoy discovering the stories behind each bottle and expanding my knowledge as I go.
