Clubhouse Rules & By-Laws
These Rules & Regulations govern the use of all physical locations ("the Clubhouse") managed directly by Pacific Club Singapore Pte Ltd (the "Club"). By entering the Clubhouse, Members agree to adhere to these terms.

Entry to Clubhouse
Platinum Members: May have a maximum of 6 guests in the Clubhouse at any time.
Additional guests are subject to an admission fee of $50, payable on the day of the visit.
Members must be present in the Clubhouse to admit their guests.
Membership is non-transferable.
No persons under 18 are allowed on the premises.
Pets are not permitted, except for licensed guide dogs for the blind or hearing-impaired.

Dress Code Policy
Gentlemen: Collared shirt (including polo shirt), trousers or jeans, with closed-type shoes or smart trainers.
Ladies: Dress, skirt, trousers or jeans, with suitable top or blouse, shoes or dressy sandals.
Members are responsible for ensuring that their guests adhere to the dress code.
No sportswear, sports shoes, or flip-flops allowed in the Clubhouse.

Use of the Clubhouse
Operating Hours:
Monday to Friday: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM (last order at 10:30 PM)
Saturday: 6:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.Last Order for Food:
The Club reserves the right to close the Clubhouse for private events or other operational needs. The Clubhouse location may also be substituted at the Club’s discretion.

Booking Policy
Platinum Members: Have sole booking rights for tables or rooms, subject to availability. Bookings may incur fees, as applicable.
Silver Members: Only allowed to use the Tasting Bar and may use private rooms or the dining room for Club events only.
All bookings are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
If a Member does not show up within 20 minutes of the booking time, the reservation will be considered a no-show, and the table will be released.
All Members must register their guests' names and mobile numbers when making a booking.
A minimum spend will incur per guest applies to all parties.

Prohibited Use in the Clubhouse
Alcohol consumption is permitted only within the hours and conditions allowed by the local Liquor License.
No illegal betting, wagering, or games with dice (except Backgammon for no stakes) are allowed.
Members or guests found bringing or consuming illegal substances will have their membership terminated immediately, and the Club will report to the authorities.
Smoking and vaping/e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited.

General Conduct
Members and guests must behave respectfully toward staff and other members at all times.
Any Member or guest causing loss or damage to Clubhouse property must compensate the Club.
The Club reserves the right to refuse service to any Member or guest displaying loud, obnoxious, or abusive behavior, or showing extreme intoxication.
Mobile phones, tablets, laptops, and similar devices should be set to silent or vibrate mode. Use of these devices is allowed discreetly and with consideration for other members' peace.
The Club discourages Members from driving after consuming alcohol. Valet services can be arranged by the Club.

Locker Policy
Use of Clubhouse lockers is free with the following limitations:
Up to 2 bottles.All Members must sign for their bottles before leaving the Clubhouse.

Payment Policy
Members may keep their tab open using a credit card, debit card, or Membership credits.

Disclaimers
The Clubhouse is not responsible for lost personal items. Lost and found items will be kept for up to 30 days and can be claimed with proof of ownership.
The Clubhouse is not liable for any injury to Members or guests.
The Club may, at its sole discretion, ban any guest from entering the Clubhouse.
The Club reserves the right to require any Member or guest who violates these Rules to leave the premises immediately.
If a Member consistently fails to comply with the Clubhouse policies, their membership may be terminated immediately.
