This is a single-cask rum from Hunter Laing’s Kill Devil series. Distilled in Enmore’s unique wooden still in February 1992, this was aged for 25 years, with the cask yielding 345 bottles. A well balanced rum, with a floral earthiness accompanied by a backbone of sweet vanilla.
