KILL DEVIL JAMAICA HAMPDEN 1983 AGED 35 YRS

Tropical fruits - mango, guava, leather and liquorice on the nose. Initially pear drop sweets on the palate followed by engine oil, banana and cloves. Overripe pineapple is tempered by sweet oak and the whole is beautifully complex integrated after over three decades of maturation. A medium length, slightly dry finish with a faint hint of tobacco smoke.
